Iceland ideas via Pinterest

When traveling to a country for the first time I'm assuming people research and plan their trip ahead, at least I do. If you are a spontant traveler who doesn't like to plan then I think you might still like to read this post! Anyway, I usually search online when planning what places to see & do for each country I visit. So I must admit that Pinterest is a great tool to help with researching and planning. If you are not familiar with Pinterest then click here for information. I’ve gathered over 3K pins divided into 58 boards. Enjoy the photogenic post and make sure to follow Tiny Iceland via Pinterest.

My favorite waterfalls in Iceland are: Goðafoss, Hraunfossar, Gljúfrabúi and Glymur

Tiny Iceland Instagram followers mentioned these: Dettifoss, Goðafoss, Aldeyjarfoss, Skógafoss and Dynjandi.

The Icelandic horse is so photogenic! Wouldn't you agree? When you visit Iceland make sure to either go horseback riding on the Icelandic Viking horse or stop while road tripping to see them. (Tip: Stop by a field, honk and they will model for you.)

Did you know the Icelandic horses have 5 gaits instead of the conventional 3 gaits of a normal horse (walk, trot, canter, tolt, and pace).
